How to create CV and Profile on Linkedin

Nowadays everything is digital, there is no longer space for resumes printed on A4 paper and companies most often use social employment networks such as Linkedin to assess the skills of professionals.

However, information and knowledge do not reach all four corners at the same time, causing a huge disparity in the job competition.

Knowing this, ESPRO developed this free course where you will learn: 

  • How to create a resume creative and interesting
  • How to create a professional profile on social employment networks
  • Strategies for participating in selection processes
  • How to behave in job interviews
  • Skills valued in the job market
  • And at the end, tests to assess your knowledge

It is worth noting that this course offers total flexibility to students (over 14 years old), and can be taken at any time.

Training for the World of Work (FMT)

The course ESPRO Training for the World of Work, consists of preparing young people and teenagers for professional and personal life, enhancing the development of soft and hard skills.

The program lasts 4 hours a day, morning or afternoon, for 25 days. Therefore, to enroll in any of the “in-person”, “online with tablet” or “online with app” modalities, the candidate must have at least free time and be between 14 and 22 years old.

In-person FMT

The in-person FMT is for young people and teenagers who live at a distance of up to 50KM from an ESPRO center and have time availability.

As for resources to participate, the association offers everything from transportation, food, teaching material, support, etc.

At the end of the course, the person assisted will have access to a platform to apply for vacancies and a certificate of their training.

FMT Online with Tablet

ESPRO, in the FMT format with tablet, in addition to the teaching material and all support for the young person, is also offered a tablet so that they can participate in the program. However, you must collect the equipment at one of the official offices and return it once completed.

Requirements include being between 14 and 22 years old and living in one of the following regions:

  • (Barra Mansa, Belém, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Contagem, São Paulo – Bairro Sé, Fortaleza, Goiânia, Guarulhos, Ibiúna, Itaquera, Juiz de Fora, Jundiaí, Manaus, Mogi Guaçu, Navegantes, Osasco, Ponta Grossa, Pouso Alegre, Ribeirão Preto, Salvador, São Paulo – Santo Amaro, Santos, São Bernardo do Campo, São Carlos, São José do Rio Preto, São José dos Campos, Venda Nova, Vitória).

Upon completion, the young person will receive access to the vacancy platform and the course certificate that they can use to enrich their CV.

FMT Online with App

Now, for young people and teenagers who live more than 80 KM away from an official ESPRO headquarters and have the necessary resources to participate in the program (cell phone, tablet, computer or notebook and internet access) there is FMT via application.

In this modality, the same level of monitoring is provided to those assisted and upon completion, the certificate and access to the vacancy platform are also delivered.

FMT, therefore, excludes any type of objection and gives young people the opportunity to be protagonists of their own story. For those who want to understand how to sign up, go to the next topic.

How to register for ESPRO’s free courses

How to create a CV and profile on Linkedin

  • First, access the ESPRO Official Portal
  • Afterwards, click on “I want to learn” in the top bar
  • Now, scroll down the page until you find “How to Create a CV and Profile on Linkedin” and click on the icon
  • Once done, look for “Sign up now!”
  • If you do not have an account created, enter all the details and confirm your email
  • Ready! Just access the platform again and start your course

Training for the World of Work (FMT)

  • Access the ESPRO Official Portal
  • Afterwards, click on “I want to learn” in the top bar
  • Now, scroll down the page until you find “Training for the World of Work (FMT)” and click on “Register”
  • Read all data information and tap “I am aware” to follow
  • Enter all your details (CEP, Name, Telephone, Email, CPF, NIS, etc.)
  • Answer the survey
  • In the “type of course” section, inform which one you want to participate in, online with a tablet, via app or in person, and your preferred time.
  • Once that’s done, book the interview and that’s it!
